At Bea Studio, my maternity sessions are designed to feel like the opposite of uncomfortable. No harsh lighting. No poses that feel unnatural. Just you, radiant, real, and exactly as you are right now.

Whether you choose an indoor session wrapped in soft morning light at home, or an outdoor setting among Adelaide's natural landscapes, I'll guide you gently into images that you'll look back on with pride.

Do you have a studio?

No — maternity sessions are photographed outdoors, in natural light, at beautiful locations across Adelaide: beaches, parks and scenic spots. The Maternity Moment uses selected signature locations, and The Maternity Experience lets you choose any outdoor location you love.

How many photos will I receive?

You'll receive your full gallery — 100+ beautifully edited images. There's no limit and no extra charge per photo.

How much does a maternity session cost?

Sessions start at $297 AUD for The Maternity Moment (30 minutes) and $397 AUD for The Maternity Experience (60 minutes). Both include the session, the editing and your complete gallery — no hidden extras.

Do I need to buy a dress?

Not at all. The Maternity Experience includes access to selected Bea Studio maternity dresses, plus one outfit change during your session. You're also very welcome to wear your own outfit if you have something you love.

When will I get my photos?

A sneak peek within 24 hours of your session, and your full gallery within 2 weeks, beautifully edited and delivered in your private online gallery.

Can my partner and children join the session?

Yes — partner and family photographs are included. The Maternity Moment is for up to 5 people and The Maternity Experience for up to 6, so there's room for everyone who matters.

What should I wear?

You'll receive a personalised prep guide and wardrobe guidance before your session, so you'll feel confident about what to wear and how to prepare — no guessing.

When's the best time for a maternity session?

The sweet spot is between 28 and 36 weeks, when your bump is beautifully round but you're still comfortable. I recommend booking from your second trimester to secure your preferred date and location. If you're past 36 weeks, reach out anyway — I'll always do my best to fit you in.

Do you travel to my location?

Yes — I photograph right across Adelaide, and there's no travel charge for sessions around the metro area. For locations further out, a small travel fee of $35 may apply. Just let me know where you have in mind when you get in touch and I'll confirm.

How do I secure my date?

A 10% deposit of your session fee secures your date. Once that's arranged, your spot is locked in and we can start planning your session together.

Do you offer albums or printed photos?

Not at the moment — every session is delivered digitally, as high-resolution edited images in your private online gallery. They're yours to keep, share and print wherever and however you like.
